Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, Aurora grew up inspired by her dad's songwriting and punk rock band. At three years old she would invade band practice in the garage to perform Livin La Vida Loca or Britney Spears. Growing up, she took every opportunity to sing and dance at church and school, and later attended Las Vegas Academy of the Arts as a Theatre major, where she discovered her love for acting. And so began her pursuit of this wild career.
At NYU, Aurora had the opportunity to collaborate on new works, originating title roles in two new musicals written by students of the Graduate Musical Theatre Writing program (Medusa and The Glass Girl), and producing three of her own scripts with classmates. Read them here! She debuted original music & lyrics in the Tisch Mainstage production of Polaroid Stories (Philomel) and ended her college career with a bang in New Studio's production of HAIR (Dionne).
She has since worked on several developing musicals in NYC, and has performed at Feinstein's/ 54 Below, The Duplex, and Two River Theater.
In August 2019, Aurora made her Off-Broadway debut in Rose's War at
Teatro LATEA as part of the RAVE Theater festival!
